For sanitary reasons and to protect all of our customers, wigs are not returnable except in the rare case of a clear mistake on our end (incorrect item shipped).

If you open a return for color or style reasons that were chosen by you, we may need to report this to eBay. eBay's guarantee is that you receive the item you ordered - not that you will like every aspect of it.

Condition of Accepted Returns (non-wig items): Items must be in pristine, resaleable condition with all packaging, tags and nets exactly as received. Altered, worn or damaged items are not eligible for return. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
