Jon Renau's Gabrielle Petite is a SmartLace synthetic wig with a lace front, single monofilament top, and a fully hand-tied cap in petite size. The lace front recreates a natural hairline with hair tied one by one, and the monofilament top lets you part the hair in any direction while showing natural-looking growth.

Featuring 100% hand-tied construction with a hand-tied stretch section, the Gabrielle Petite includes velvet ear tabs and a nape with bendable wire, plus adjustable tabs to fine-tune the circumference. The synthetic fiber measures 4.5 inches at the bang, 5.75 inches at the crown, 4 inches at the side, and 2.75 inches at the nape, and weighs 1.8 oz.

Materials & care

CLEANSE & CONDITION

• Before washing, gently remove any tangles using a paddle brush or wide tooth comb

• Wet hair completely using cool running water

• Gently lather the hair with a small amount of synthetic shampoo, making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

• Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until water runs clear

• Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry

• Spray with conditioning spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from the base of the wig or hairpiece. Do not rinse out conditioner

• Gently detangle hair using a wide tooth comb

DRY & STYLE

• Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry

• For mid-length to long length styles, apply detangling spray (3-5 pumps) focusing on the bottom half of the wig or hairpiece. Gently comb through using a wide tooth comb

• Use fingertips or a wig brush/comb for the desired style

• To add texture and definition, use a small amount of contour fiber crème and apply using fingertips

• Do NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)

TIPS

• Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the fiber

• Use detangling spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle synthetic wigs. This is especially important with mid-length to long length wigs or hairpieces

How to use

Wash every 6-8 wears: remove tangles with a Jon Renau Paddle Brush or Wide Tooth Comb, wet with cool water, lather with Jon Renau Synthetic Shampoo, and rinse until clear. Pat dry with a towel, spray with Jon Renau Conditioning Spray (3-5 pumps) away from the base, and detangle with a Wide Tooth Comb.

Air dry on a plastic or wire wig stand; do not blow dry. For mid-length to long styles, apply HD Smooth Detangling Spray (3-5 pumps) to the lower half and comb through. Style with fingertips or a wig brush/comb. Do not use heat on synthetic fiber. Keep away from heat sources such as open ovens and heaters.
